Red Wheelbarrow

My husband loves Thomas Merton and his contemplative thoughts. After visiting an exhibit of black-and-white photos Merton had taken and seeing one of a single wheelbarrow, I set up a wheelbarrow in our yard, took a photo, and presented this to my husband for his birthday. I hope it brings you peace and joy as you contemplate the simplicity of it.
