Band concerts in a gazebo on July 4 were popular "back in the day" and I wanted to capture the moment in this design. The buntings on the railing celebrate America. And you can see the harp, tuba, and drum used for the concert while fireworks go on in the background. The flag swag around the design completes the picture.
