Joyce's Heart

I "saw" this design as soon as I looked at this surface. I went searching for the perfect heart to use and remembered one of the ladies who was in the very first class I taught painted the ornament I received at my very first ornament exchange party, which was painted on a heart cut-out. She painted with me until she was diagnosed with breast cancer and couldn't do it anymore. Her name was Joyce and she was one of the dearest people I have ever met. This is named in her honor.
