The Open Gate

This design is based on John 10:3, 4, 7--"The gatekeeper opens it for Him, and the sheep hear His voice, as He calls His own sheep by name and leads them out......He walks ahead of them, and the sheep follow Him, because they recognize His voice.......So Jesus said again, "Amen, amen, I say to you, I am the gate for the sheep." An 18th century flower pot, a simple flower and shadow, and an open gate beckon you to enter the garden in Colonial Williamsburg. The step is distressed to resemble peeling paint. Texture medium give the flower pot texture.
